While living in Taiwan, strawberry season is only in January and only for a month due to its tropical climate. As strawberries are precious there and expensive to import, they disappeared from the you-pick farms quickly. This farm started with the idea of wanting to open my own strawberry you-pick farm after seeing how they operate in Taiwan. The feeling of being there and getting your food straight from the plant is extremely satisfying.
I clearly do not live in Taiwan anymore, but the dream still remains. I love strawberries and want people to have easy inexpensive access to such a healthy fruit. Feel free to ask me about Taiwan if you see me roaming around the farm or just shoot an email.
